Latest News: On Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November the band are in Letterkenny, Co Donegal, Ireland for the Rock Rhythm and Blues Festival. Exact details are on the tour dates menu. Letterkenny is one of the best owns in Ireland and well known for it's great craic and hospitality. It is also rumoured the Lee Hedley Band will be doing a Sunday afternoon 'session' in one of the venues where a few special guests will be joining them from the other festival bands.
The long awaited original single 'Everywhere I Go' is now released on various sources including i-tunes. Please click on the menu on the left of the screen to get the download details. New LIVE album - "Where's Hooley????" And the live album that everyone has been waiting on has finally been cut and will be ready for the same date as the single (albeit from the live shows only....for now!). The new live album entitled "Where's Hooley?????" features 11 of the band's most popular tracks including 3 originals and covers from the Rolling Stones, The Beatles and some 'spell binding' slide guitar from Lee on Otis Redding's ballad 'Dreams to Remember'. Lee Hedley Band signs with U.S. Agent Greg Jordan. United States beckons the Lee Hedley Band for 2009. Due to increasing interest from the US, Indiana based music agent Greg Jordan has signed Lee and the band for the next 3 years, to promote them across America staging concerts and arranging shows and even pursuing recording contracts with American based labels. Original material is already being written currently for this major development in the band's already illustrious career. Lee Hedley Band is just back from a life changing experince in Libya. The concert was a 'World First' for any 'western world' Blues Rock Band (and Lybia) and Lee and the band met a lot of very interesting people and made friends with a lot of very important and influential people during their 'Trip to Tripoli'. Plans to have the Lee Hedley Band return in 2009 have already been discussed, so keep watching this site for further details. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
